Chairman of the company Mr. A B M Mobasher Hossain is a development professional had worked with different international development organizations for 30 years. During his professional career he learned that unhealthy environments are a big hindering factor for less productivity of human social and professional engagement. Last six years he had been rigorously involved in hygiene and sanitation improvement at public places. He managed a total of 30 public toilets in Dhaka, Chattogram and Sylhet. Those public toilets are now becoming an icon in the public sanitation places. Cleanliness and hygiene requires intensive monitoring and Mr. Mobasher has made it happen through his strategic direction. Mr. Mobasher has completed post-graduation from Dhaka University and Master of Development Studies (MDS) from BRAC University. He is a certified professional in Human Resource Management by Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM). He has visited countries like; USA, France, Switzerland, Spain, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, India which has enhanced his knowledge in organization and people management in the other countries. He is a member of World Toilet Association in South Korea.

Managing Director of the company Mr. Probir Dutta is a trained and experienced professional in different private and multinational companies for the last 20 years. Mr. Dutta has come forward to contribute to the cleaning service & its operational management besides that he also expertise in payroll management and outsourcing. He managed over 150 prestigious clients viz. ; Grameen Phone, Unilever, Nestle, Linde, Marico, HSBC, PMI, BATB, Telenor Health, UBER, WIPRO, and much more. He attended to the requirements of the clients as per their compliance demand. Mr. Dutta has accomplished post-graduation in Fisheries from University of Dhaka. He has achieved different training courses on the issue of facility management, cleaning service, man management and supervision, sales call excellence, customer management, marketing, etc.

Advisor Social Research and Capacity Building of the company Mr. Sanjoy Mukherjee is a social development professional; he has extensive managerial experience leading WASH partnership management and different bilateral and corporate donors (DfID, USAID, SDC, UNICEF, GoB, Levis, H&M, LINDEX, and HSBC) grants management. Experienced in community mobilisation promoting CLTS, BCC materials development on WASH-Health issues and experienced in conducting formative research on hygiene behavior change. He has expertise in training module development, training workshop facilitation for different stakeholders at national and international levels. He had worked as a consultant of SNV (Netherlands Development Organization), Bhutan for rural sanitation situation analysis of Bhutan (RGoB). He has completed his post graduation in MPH from the State University Bangladesh in 2010, and MSS in Economics, from Rajshahi University, Bangladesh, 1988.
